Back up your data
Back up your iPad using iCloud or your computer in case your device needs to be restored or replaced.
Turn off Find My
Some parts may require programming to work properly. Configuring these parts require that Find My be turned off.

Covers may get damaged or misplaced during service. Please remove any cases and covers before checking in for service.
